Hot Glass Alley has an excellent reputation for consistency in our work; however, the inherent nature of hand blown glass is that there may be slight variations in measurements and color distribution.

 ORDERING:

Retail Customers:

  • Hot Glass Alley does not sell retail from this website.  HGA has art work in many fine galleries and gift shops across the Country; please see our gallery list.  If you see something here that you are interested in purchasing, please contact a gallery close to you directly, or contact us via Email: info@hotglassalley.com  or by phone at (908) 963-3604 and we will connect you with a gallery near you, and discuss how you can make your purchase.

Wholesale Clients:

  • Please contact us via Email: info@hotglassalley.com or phone us at (908) 963-3604.  We will send you a catalog and a wholesale price list.
  • Note: If we do not answer, we are in the hot shop or away from the office; please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message; we will return your call as soon as possible.
  • HGA accepts major credit cards and debit cards.
  • No COD
  • Each piece is hand made as it is ordered. It may take 4 ‐6 weeks to delivery, depending on our show schedule. HGA will provide to you an estimated ship date. If for some reason beyond our control, your order will be delayed, we will contact you with a new ship date.
  • HGA, during the Holidays will usually have small and seasonal gifts in stock for quicker shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS & CARRIERS:

  • Hot Glass Alley uses UPS as our standard carrier. If necessary, we can make arrangements to use a different carrier; please contact us.
  • All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • There is a $7.00 handling fee added to each domestic order shipment. This fee covers boxes, and packaging materials.
  • Hot Glass Alley must have a valid street address. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
  • If you need international shipping, please contact us to discuss the best shipping method and associated costs.

 RETURNS:

  •  Each piece is hand made as it is ordered. Authorized returns will be accepted within 7 business days of receipt. Contact us at Hot Glass Alley to discuss returns at (908) 963‐3604. Please have your invoice / order number available when you call.
  • We charge a 15% restocking fee (plus postage) on all refused shipments, declined credit card orders and other unauthorized retuned merchandise.
  • We are sorry but, special and custom orders may not be returned or exchanged.

 DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • We promise to do our very best to provide our customers with a positive experience. We want our customers to be satisfied, and we will always be fair and honest with every customer.
  • We have an excellent shipping record.
  • If your purchase is damaged, claims must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of shipment
  • Take photo of the package and breakage and email them to info@hotglassalley.com.
